Are flights included in the tour price?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus $200 processing fee
30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. Some tours may have different
cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated in your booking agreement.
Can I change my travel dates?
Yes, we can accommodate date changes subject to availability and any applicable airline change fees. If you request a date change more than 60 days before departure, we'll waive our change fee. For changes within 60 days, a $150 change fee applies, plus any difference in tour cost or supplier fees.
What if my tour is cancelled by Tour Advisor?
In the rare event we cancel a tour, you'll receive a full refund or can transfer your payment to another tour. We may cancel tours due to insufficient bookings (typically notified 30 days before departure) or extraordinary circumstances like natural disasters or political unrest.
